Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages Once we transfer your order to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
