Returns & Exchanges
Return Window: 14 days from delivery
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return

- We will provide return instructions and authorization
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging when possible
- Ship the item back using the provided instructions

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
